Brandt is currently seeking a Benefits Administrator for our Regina location. This position will focus on benefit/pension administration across Canada and the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Brandt policies are being followed
  • Managing benefit and pension administration Brandt
  • Calculating premiums for insurance costs
  • Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Management of employee data in HRIS
  • Other duties as required

Required Skills

  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset

Required Experience

  • Minimum of two years' experience in pension and benefits administration 
  • Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
