Brandt is currently hiring Electricians for our Brandt Developments Division, in our Regina, SK, location. Brandt is one of Canada’s most dynamic and diversified companies. Duties and Responsibilities
As a Commercial Electrician with Brandt Developments, you’ll play a vital role in powering the spaces where innovation happens. Your work will directly support the infrastructure behind our manufacturing, sales, and office operations. You’ll be part of a skilled team delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a range of dynamic projects by:
- Executing electrical installations for new construction, renovations, and facility upgrades — ranging from lighting systems to power distribution and control panels.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in commercial environments using advanced tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise and code-compliant installations.
- Collaborating with project managers, foremen, and other trades to coordinate timelines, resolve design challenges, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Supervising subcontractors and junior team members on larger projects to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to Brandt standards.
- Maintaining and upgrading electrical systems to support evolving operational needs and energy efficiency goals.
- Ensuring all work meets or exceeds safety regulations, building codes, and internal quality standards.

Required Skills
We’re interested in a variety of experience levels, including apprentices and journeymen. The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for construction
- Excellent organization & communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent work ethic including the ability to work with minimal supervision
- The ability to travel as necessary
- Journeyman Trades Certificate is considered an asset
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
