Outside Parts & Service Representative

Brandt is currently seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Edmonton location.
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling construction & foresrty parts and service, as well as providing after sales support to new and existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist the Parts & Service departments to increase profitability and performance
- Regularly prospect and cold call new accounts to discuss new promotions and programs
- Implement yearly territory plan including a customer target list to maximize sales potential
- Visit customers in Area of Responsibility (AOR); a minimum of 1 visit per month
- Keep customers current on new products and services
- Develop prospective customers with a goal of 2 per month
- Follow-up with customers on unit and machine performance
- Maintain and utilize the database records related to each customer including sales meetings, opportunities, quotes, notes, and any other documentation as required
- Work cooperatively with management to meet and maximize budget goals and expand customer base by presenting and implementing new marketing strategies
- Gather competitive product and pricing information and supply to management
- Participate in all required training and development opportunities
- Follow up on customer concerns and communicate effectively to the appropriate Management Team
- Maintain cleanliness, scheduled maintenance, and inventory for the company vehicle
- Other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- 2 - 3 years previous of sales experience in a similar role, or in a Parts or Service Department
- Journeyman ticket/Red Seal in Parts or Service is considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract will be required
