Shipper

Brandt Industries USA Ltd. is currently seeking a Shipper for its Bloomington location. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Corporate Warehouse Person will be responsible for various warehouse duties including order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming inventory items.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Participate in annual inventory count
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding shipping, receiving, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills

•         Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
•         Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed.
•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime during peak periods.
