Warehouse & Delivery Person

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse, retail, and delivery operations, including handling inventory, stock shelves, preparing orders, and completing customer deliveries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, unload, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
• Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Stock shelves and assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail floor.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions.
• Perform regular cleaning and general upkeep of warehouse and retail areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems considered an asset.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or delivery role considered an asset.
