Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Centralized Warranty for our Customer Support Center in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Director of Centeralized Warranty is responsible for managing and maintaining the centralized warranty department for Brandt Tractor. This includes all  lines of business in which Brandt distributes products, including, but not limited to John Deere Construction, Forestry, and  Agriculture Equipment, as well as Peterbilt trucks and several other lines of Equipment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage and develop all standard warranty operating procedures within Brandt Tractor. 
  • Develop and deploy warranty recovery policies, processes, and procedures to ensure warranty claims are maximized to the 
  • full extent of our suppliers and vendor guidelines. 
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Warranty Team. 
  • Effectively motivate and lead a large team. 
  • Maintain key relationships with our suppliers. 
  • Ensure timely submission of warranty claims to our suppliers. 
    • Manage and approve all good will and warranty policy payments from suppliers.
    • Conduct warranty training for Brandt employees. 
  • Manage warranty accounts receivables. 
  • Develop metrics, maintain warranty and program reports. 
  • Assist with processing claims when needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 

  • Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures. 
  • Ability to effectively motivate and lead a large team. 
  • Ability to critically think. 
  • Identify when a procedure needs improvement, develop solutions, and implement.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Previous dealership experience considered an asset. 
  • Knowledge of the equipment Brandt represents is considered an asset.
