Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking Credit Coordinators for our Regina, SK Head Office location. This position is responsible for minimizing bad debt exposure while maintaining positive relationships with Brandt staff and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assessment of credit applications within a designated approval authority level (i.e. necessary credit investigation/approving/declining)
  • Contacting customers and branch staff regarding past due accounts; maintain acceptable delinquency levels
  • Ensure the credit policy is adhered to, notify Credit Manager of violations
  • Ensure all relevant information is diligently documented in a concise and accurate manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years’ office experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in French and English
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be a team player with attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multi-task
  • Must be punctual, with good customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Previous industry experience considered an asset
