Advertising Account Coordinator

Brandt is currently looking to fill an Advertising Account Coordinator position in our Regina, SK location.

As an Advertising Account Coordinator, you’ll be a vital support to the Account Management team by assisting with tactical advertising campaigns and other initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Account Management team to assist in tactical and logistical steps required for a successful project
• Ensure progressive stages of tactical executions are planned and approved with adequate time for completion
• Work with internal clients to gain necessary information for projects
• Manage stakeholder expectations in relation to internal team capacities and project deliverables
• Organize and maintain necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all projects
• Work with members of our creative team to develop advertising materials
• Coordinate media placements – shipping creative, ensuring all specs are accurate, etc.
• Work with various vendors for final stage production pieces
• Maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors
• Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders

Required Experience

• Business/Marketing/Communications degree or diploma from University or College
