Our Customer Success hours are 8:30am - 8:30pm EST (Mon-Fri). The shift we are currently trying to fill is 11am-7:30pm or 12-8:30pm EST. Are you able to work these shifts? There are no weekend shifts required. Once earlier shifts open up, permanent employees can bid to change shifts.

The probationary period for this position is 4-months (includes 3-weeks of training + job shadowing). During this period, this is a full-time ONSITE position (Mon-Fri) in our LAVAL office and the shift is either 9:30am-6pm or 10am-6:30pm EST. Are you okay with this? There are no weekend shifts required.

After the probation period, are you able to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in our Laval office (1699 Boulevard Le Corbusier) and 2 days remotely?
