The Opportunity

SecureDrive is scaling aggressively across Canada and in the BC Interior.

In this new position, we’re looking for a proven territory sales hunter with established dealership relationships who wants to own a market, open doors fast, and drive measurable revenue growth.

This is not an account management role.
This is a business development expansion role.

What You’ll Own

  • Win new dealer partners across the BC Interior, leveraging your network and prospecting discipline.
  • Drive contract growth and penetration inside active accounts.
  • Increase product mix and revenue per store.
  • Execute in-store training that directly lifts F&I performance.
  • Identify underperforming rooftops and turn them into high-output producers.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.

You’ll have the autonomy to run your territory — and the expectations that come with it.

 

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of success in F&I, dealer group management, or automotive financial product sales.
  • You already have dealership relationships in the BC Interior and can open doors quickly.
  • You’re a true hunter — comfortable prospecting, handling objections, and closing.
  • You’re competitive, resilient, and energized by targets.
  • You understand dealership KPIs and know how to tie product performance to profitability.
  • You don’t wait for leads — you create momentum.

 

What We Offer

  • The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - 105,000 + commission. + vehicle allowance
  • This role is mostly on the road and will require travel throughout the BC Interior.
  • A competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive health benefits plan, Group RRSP, performance bonus, health and wellness benefits, and education sponsorship.
  • Four paid days annually to "give back" to the community, along with your birthday off.
  • A vehicle rebate program of up to $400 per month.
