• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
• Familiarity with ADP (Assistive Devices Program) funding agencies an asset
• MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) certificate an asset
• Familiarity with grief and loss, government grants, pension benefits, Mental Health Act, and Dementia Training an asset

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Location: South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge. Applicants must reside within 125km of one of our hospital campuses or be willing to relocate prior to starting. *Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Hours of Work:  Shifts will fall Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements per the collective agreement.
