Expression of Interest:

Post-Partum Care Training for RN’s

Expressions of interest are being accepted from Registered Nurses who wish to participate in building the knowledge, skill and judgement to help provide care in the Obstetrical department. 

Training consists of completing online and in house programming including:

• Post-partum LMS module
• Neonatal Resuscitation Course
• RNAO breastfeeding course  

Total Time of Course

Approximately 20 hours of training + 1 Orientation shift with an Obstetrics Nurse + Educator

Preference will be given to individuals who possess the following

Granting of this opportunity shall be based on a number of factors including previous related experience, the candidate’s demonstrated ability, flexibility and availability, attendance record and operational need.
