The Opportunity

Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Radiation Technologist with expertise in Nuclear Medicine to join our multidisciplinary team. As part of our nuclear medicine team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials and specialized equipment.

What will I need to join the team?

  • Successful completion of an approved MRT NM training program which includes both didactic teaching and supervised clinical experience
  • Knowledge and experience with SPECT/CT imaging an asset
  • Registration with the CMRITO as a Medical Radiation Technologist, Nuclear Medicine (RT-N)

Note: Registry eligible personnel may be offered a position prior to completion of registry examinations but must provide evidence of successful completion by date of hire.

Where will I be working?

MAHC has two locations to meet Muskoka’s healthcare needs. You could find yourself working at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge, Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (HDMH) located in Huntsville, or both!

 

What shifts will I work?
