We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of an HRIS across our organization. This role will be responsible for leading a cross-functional project team, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system while aligning with our operational and strategic goals.

ROLE
- Lead the full-cycle implementation of the HRIS, including process improvements, change management, and system adoption
- Oversee the development and deployment of modules, including:
- People Center & Pay
- Workforce Management
- Timekeeping
- Absence Management
- Workforce Management Analytics
- Advanced & Rotation Scheduling
- Collective Agreement Adherence
- Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital, UKG, and HRchitect, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that UKG and HRchitect deliver effective training, empowering administrators, managers, and employees to efficiently utilize the system
- Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of project issues, ensuring timely solutions and minimal disruptions
- Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption and best practices
- Ensure that project goals align with the hospital’s HR, payroll, and workforce management needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

University degree or Community College Certificate in Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Current Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, or actively working towards
- Three (3) years’ experience in human resources

Three (3) years’ experience with an Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Experience managing projects with payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling
- Familiar with collective agreements
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certificate an asset

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Department: Human Resources
Location: Multi-Site, working on-site at both the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge and Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (HDMH) located in Huntsville.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements per the organizational needs.
