We are currently looking for an Intermediate VDC coordinator to join our team on a high-profile, technically challenging infrastructure project. You’ll play a critical role in leading mechanical coordination efforts within a dynamic virtual design and construction environment. This is a long-term, large-scale build requiring precision, collaboration, and innovation at every stage.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical BIM coordination processes for complex MEP systems
- Collaborate with design consultants, trade contractors, and the construction team to resolve clashes and drive constructability
- Oversee model accuracy, compliance, and version control from preconstruction through commissioning
- Interpret and develop fabrication-level content in Revit and Navisworks
- Facilitate coordination meetings and track issue resolution across disciplines
- Support field teams with model-based workflows, including layout and prefabrication

Required Experience
- 5+ years of mechanical BIM/VDC experience on large, multi-disciplinary projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/ACC, and related coordination tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction sequencing
- Experience working with fabrication models and shop drawings
- Experience on healthcare, research, or mission-critical projects is an asset (but not required)
